Our in-house design and engineering capabilities help streamline product development, reduce lead time, and ensure reliable quality.
We are able to produce a range of motorcycle components, including
Parts in this group carry structural and safety functions, so repeatability between batches matters as much as the first article. Production runs under our IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality management system, with dimensional and visual inspection carried out before packing.
Tooling, casting, machining, deburring and surface finishing are all handled in-house at our Nakhon Ratchasima facility. Keeping the full route under one roof shortens the loop when a design change is required and keeps every stage traceable.

Aluminum die cast components for heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, including components used in air compressor systems.
Components in this group typically combine mounting points, sealing faces and enclosed sections in a single casting, which places the demand on tooling design and on holding the casting parameters steady across a run. We design and build the mold in-house, then set the process around the specific geometry before machining brings the critical surfaces into tolerance.
Finishing is selected to suit the part — deburring, barrel processing, shot blasting or oven treatment — and each batch passes through our inspection process before packing and delivery.
The production process has been improved to a highly efficient route, to obtain high quality aluminum parts for industrial power tools.
Power tool components are produced in volume and have to arrive at assembly ready to fit, so the process is built around stable cycle times and consistent surface quality rather than one-off accuracy. Housings, covers and structural parts are cast, machined and finished to the condition the customer requires.
Our engineering team reviews each drawing for castability before tooling starts, which reduces rework later in the programme and keeps the production route predictable once the part goes into series.

Efficient production methods produce superior quality aluminum parts for both home and factory use.
This group covers a wide spread of components — from hardware and fittings found in everyday products through to parts installed in industrial environments — across a range of sizes and order volumes.
Because the applications vary so widely, each part is quoted against its own requirements for finish, tolerance and volume. The same production route and the same quality management system apply throughout, whether the part ends up in a household product or on a factory floor.
We are able to produce a range of scaffolding components, including
Scaffolding components are load-bearing and are handled repeatedly on site, so fit between mating parts and consistency across large order quantities are the priorities. These parts are produced in volume with dimensional checks carried out through the run rather than only at the end of it.
Casting, machining and finishing are completed in-house, and orders are inspected and packed for delivery on the schedule agreed with the customer.

At KCS, we work closely with customers throughout the product development process, from feasibility studies and in-house design for molds and jigs fixture to process development, testing, and quality inspection, ensuring efficient production and reliable product quality.
Our in-house capability helps reduce lead time and improve coordination throughout the process.
